The reason is simple, it is because the format types of the NMT hard disk and your PC hard disk may be different, if you are running Windows XP on your PC, then try to format your NMT hard disk into NTFS format, the same as that of your PC hard disk. Download the NTFS formating tools, copy the softare kits into a USB drive (no other files in the root), insert into the USB slave port and follow the guidance of the NMT from the maintainance section.
