RONBEN technology is in strict compliance with industry standard inspection method and sampling standards, below you will see how we (RONBEN technology) inspect the finished products and how we do simpling.

Below is an example of how acceptance sampling method is used:

If the whole lot size is of 10, 000 units, using General Inspection level II, major 1.5 & minor 2.5 for inspection.

This means the sample size (ss) will be 200 units.

If the number of major defects found is less than 7, and minor defects is less than 10, then the shipment is passed under this inspection method.

Otherwise, if the major defects found exceed 7 and/or the minor defects found exceed 10, this shipment has to be rejected, under this inspection method.

P.S: All Inspection / 100% Inspection

Upon customer's request, we also provide 100% finish goods inspection, we shall the quality of each unit before shipment.
